The Tata Iris is a 4-door, 5-seater hatchback produced by Indian automaker Tata Motors. It was launched in India on 15 April 2010 and is the first car from Tata Motors to be built on the new X1 platform. The design of the Tata Iris is based on that of the Indica Vista. The Tata Iris has a length of 3,795 mm (149.4 in), width of 1,695 mm (66.7 in) and a height of 1,560 mm (61. 4 in) with the side skirt rail. It has a wheelbase of 2,480 mm (98.4 in).
