Tata Motors, an Indian multinational automotive manufacturing company, has developed a new car called the Tata DICOR. The DICOR stands for Direct Injection Common Rail. This is a new technology that improves fuel efficiency and reduces emissions. The Tata DICOR is a four-door sedan that seats five passengers. It has a 1.3-liter engine and a five-speed manual transmission. The car is expected to get 26 miles per gallon in city driving and 34 miles per gallon on the highway. The Tata DICOR will be available in India in early 2007.
