Nissan Micra, a supermini car manufactured by the Japanese automaker Nissan, was first introduced in 1982. The car is currently in its fifth generation and is sold in many countries around the world including India. In India, the Nissan Micra is available in both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol variant is powered by a 1.2-litre engine while the diesel variant is powered by a 1.5-litre engine. Both the engines are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The car comes with an option of either a base or a CVT automatic transmission.
